Yrefy Review – Madeline
My name is Madeline, I am 31 and I live in South Carolina.
I marched in the marching band at USC and had to take out loans to, basically, do anything in college.
“I signed up for a lot of loans that I had no idea about.”
And being that I was young and dumb, I signed up for a lot of loans that I had no business signing up for. I accepted everything that the university offered me as far as other loans, and each loan had a different interest rate.
All the ones from Sallie Mae all had a different interest rate.
Other companies refused to refinance Madeline’s loans
Every time I called them, they wouldn’t refinance it for whatever reason… probably because I don’t make very much money as a teacher. They also just wouldn’t talk to me — no one would sit there and listen to me.
Trying to have an apartment by myself, pay student loans, energy bills, and everything else, I didn’t have much. Since I graduated in 2018, I’ve worked at least three jobs every year… and that’s at a minimum.
Dave Ramsey gave Madeline the confidence to fix her defaulted private student loans
He’s just one of those guys, that when you listen to him, you feel like he’s always right. He hits every point, every time… and you’re like, “Dang, I wish I was that on all of the time”.
I love you, Dave Ramsey!
I thought it was very easy… I mean you do much more paperwork and a whole lot more if you’re going to refinance your house or your car.
“Danielle was great to work with through the entire process.”
She was very attentive. She answered all my emails promptly. She was always very kind. She always asked me how I was doing, and, was very, very polite on the phone. Very easy to talk to.
Anytime that I had correspondence with Sallie Mae, I could call her or send her a text with a picture of a letter… She would give me an answer like, “oh, taking care of it” or “no worries”. So that’s helpful for me, especially just to be able to text her real quick and she says, “Yeah, we’re good”.
Yrefy is here to help every step of the way
It literally took like $1,000 off of my loan to refinance it.
That money has been so helpful and taking care of other things, so that I can finally take care of the loans and just throw money at them.
Yrefy is a personable and kind business that actually takes the time to talk to you, and make sure that you understand why refinancing, what you’re refinancing, and how it’s going to affect your life.
Refinancing with them actually did change my life, and I’m so grateful that I was able to.
